Forum President George Anderson visits SudanForum President George Anderson delivered a speech on 'Federalism in the 21st Century' at the University of Khartoum, in addition to holding various meetings with senior officials and civil society. He spent a full day making presentations and in participating in discussions on comparative fiscal federalism with the Panel of Experts of the newly-formed Fiscal & Financial Allocation and Monitoring Commission. The visit took place between Nov. 30 and December 2, 2006. |
