Civil Society Roundtable on Fiscal Federalism and its Relevance to Sudan
The Forum of Federations and Sudane's Fiscal & Financial Allocation Monitoring Commission (FFAMC) co-sponsored a roundtable with representatives of Sudanese civil society on Fiscal Federalism and its Importance to the Development of Federalism. Visiting Forum advisors, Dr Michael Bell of George Washington University in the United States of America and Rory Riordan of South Africa opened the discussion that took place at the FFAMCe's offices in Khartoum on March 21, 2007.
