Forum President speaks in Australia on intergovernmental relations

On Sept. 10, 2008, Forum President George Anderson spoke in Melbourne, Australia, to a group of 200 senior government officials from the state of Victoria. He shared the podium with Prof. Steve Martin from Cardiff University in the UK. Mr. Anderson spoke about comparative experiences dealing with conflicts between orders of government in the 21st century.

This event was organized by the Australian and New Zealand School of Government in Melbourne.
