Conference on reform of German fiscal federalism

Felix Knüpling, the Forum's director of Europe programs, recently took part in a three-day high-level conference on the second stage of federalism reform in Germany.

The conference, which took place from Sept. 9-12, 2007, in Cadenabbia, Italy, was co-organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Bertelsmann Foundation and the European Centre for Research on Federalism.
