The Federal Debate in the Philippines - 2003This event, held in the Philippines on August 4 to 6 and Aug. 9, 2003, was an international perspective on federal experiences in division of responsibilities, fiscal arrangements, accommodation of minority rights and rule of law. A series of workshops were held in Manila with the House of Representatives, the Senate, and in Davao City with the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao Government and civil society and international experts. |
